Introduction
The 996 GT2 is a very special car providing an adrenalin rush few cars can match. To find one with only 11,000 miles with a desirable specification and colour combination is very rare indeed hence this will certainly not be the cheapest example on the market.
Condition
“Museum Piece” comes to mind when walking around this car. We have spoken with the Porsche centre the current owner has used for servicing. They reported that servicing appointments have been cancelled if it has been raining on the day the car was due in. It’s no wonder the car is in the exemplary condition it is.
Stone chips are near on non existent thanks to the front end being covered with a Ventureshield plastic protection (bumper and first third of the bonnet and front wings.
The wheels are in faultless condition with no kerbing at all.
The interior is also in excellent condition with no tears or wearing in the seats or carpeting. The current owner has always used a large leather patch to put over the drivers seat edge to avoid marking the seat when getting in and out of the car (are you beginning to see how well this car has been cared for?).
